Saath Inc. ("Saath," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining a dating service that does not enable child sexual abuse or exploitation. These Child Safety Standards apply to the Saath mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Our Zero-Tolerance Standard
Saath has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). We prohibit any content, conduct, account, or use of the Services that exploits, sexualizes, abuses, endangers, or facilitates harm to a child.
This includes, without limitation:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any other sexual exploitation of a child.
- Seeking to contact, arrange to meet, or communicate sexually with a person under 18.
- Sharing, requesting, or threatening to share sexualized images or information involving a child.
- Using the Services to promote, facilitate, or conceal CSAE or any related illegal activity.
2. Adults-Only Service
Saath is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit minors to create or maintain an account. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the account and associated content.
Our adults-only requirement does not limit our commitment to preventing CSAE. We enforce these standards regardless of a user's claimed age or whether the conduct occurred on or off the Services when it is connected to Saath.
3. Reporting Concerns
Users can report concerning content, profiles, or behavior through the in-app reporting tools. Reports may include suspected CSAE, CSAM, a person who may be underage, grooming, sexual coercion, or other safety concerns.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately. You may also contact Saath's Child Safety Point of Contact at contact@saathapp.com with the subject line "Child Safety." Do not send or attach suspected CSAM to Saath by email or through any other channel.
4. Review and Enforcement
We review reports and other safety signals and may use automated tools and human review to identify and assess violations. When we identify a potential violation, we may take action appropriate to the circumstances, including:
- Removing or restricting access to content.
- Suspending or permanently terminating an account.
- Preserving relevant records where required or appropriate.
- Cooperating with law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and other authorized child-safety organizations or authorities, as required by applicable law.
We may act without prior notice when necessary to protect people or the integrity of an investigation. We may also take action against attempts to evade enforcement, including creating replacement accounts.
5. Compliance and Cooperation
Saath complies with applicable child-safety laws and works to respond promptly to reports and valid requests from authorized authorities. Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we will remove or disable access to it and make reports as required by applicable law.
